  Worst experience in my life! I assigned my daughter to this doctors office and called over the phone about two weeks ago to schedule her an appointment for a physical and one of the staff members gave me her appointment for the 15th of August which was today at 9:15 am. I show up at 9 a.m. and they tell me that my daughters appointment is tomorrow August 16 at 9:30 a.m. I tell the lady that her appointment was today because she starts school tomorrow and she replies, "Well do you have an appointment card?" And I tell her "I called over the phone, so no I do not." And she tells me that I'm going to have to wait and she was going to ask the doctor to squeeze me in. So I wait till two hours and wasn't back up to the desk and ask her if she knows when my daughter is going to be seen and her responce is, "Well I haven't had a no show or cancelations on any appointments so she's most likely won't be seen." I wasted two hours of waiting for NOTHING. She should have told me from the beginning that there was a possibility that she wasn't going to be seen and I would not have waited. Very unorganized with scheduling!!!!!

  Dr. Watson is a phenomenal physician and has been the physician for our 4 children for years. He discovered a month after my daughter was born what they failed to discover at the hospital...that my child had a heart defect! 4 months later she had open heart surger at Loma Linda. Dr. Watson saved my daughter's life. That is worth more than 5 stars.

  I wish I could give this place zero stars, seriously it is that bad. The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment, depsite being here for the simplest things. For example, I'm currently going on an hour and a half of waiting, AFTER my appointment time for a shot. Literally just a single shot that I've received here 3 previous times. It takes all of 30 seconds for them to stick me with a needle, which is all they do once they see me, and yet, here I am. On top of that, they are incredibly inconsistent and incompetent. No one knows what they're doing here, whether it be calling in prescriptions, giving physicals, or administrating a simple shot. Last time I'm ever coming here, today was the last straw in a massive string of unsatisfactory visits. Do not waste your time and energy.
